Organizing Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail to info@eurobiotech2023.org about the cancellation of the registration. 

Cancellation deadline for accommodation requests is August 18, 2023. Cancellations received after the deadline will no longer be eligible for refund. Refunds for cancellations received before the deadline will be processed via bank transfer except transfer fees in next 45 days after congress’s first day.

  • All fees for the accommodation should be paid in EUR.
  • Only credit card payments will be accepted.
  • Amounts payable are NET for us. If payment by bank transfer, all charges must be included in your payment. If paying by credit card, a supplement of 5% will apply for bank charges.
  • Pre-registration is required before payment. Please sign-up on the registration system.

We cordially invite you to participate in the European Biotechnology Congress 2023, which will be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from October 4-6, 2023.

The European Biotechnology Congress 2023 aims to provide a platform for people from different areas of biotechnology to present and discuss their latest findings, developments and strategies. Participants from academia and industry working in agricultural biotechnology, industrial biotechnology or biotechnological applications in the fields of environment and medicine will come together to acquire new cutting-edge knowledge and have the opportunity to establish new contacts and collaborations.

This event is a continuation of several successful conferences organized by members of the European Biotechnology Thematic Network Association (EBTNA) in different countries, from Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Spain, Czech Republic, etc. This year it is our great pleasure to host this conference in Slovenia for the first time. The conference will be held in Ljubljana, one of the most charming capitals with playful architecture and an attractive tourist destination, which was awarded the title of “European Best Green Capital”.
